I was very fortunate, when contemplating a relocation to Tropea, in the spring of 2023, to make the acquaintance of realtor Cristian Buttafuoco. Cristian was quickly able to understand my specific wants, wishes and needs with respect to my dream property. He negotiated on my behalf with the Italian sellers and introduced me to a lawyer and banker. He very patiently and kindly answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the whole purchasing process (which is always very lengthy in Italy!). Finally, in October 2023, I very happily took possession of a beautiful apartment, in the historic centre of Tropea. Thereafter, Cristian went the extra mile and made the necessary arrangements for the utilities transfers, internet/satellite connections as well as introducing me to needed tradesmen.To this day, I never hesitate to contact him with any query/problem arising.
